Workshop about Food supplement

Wednesday 13/11/2019 at the Faculty of Agriculture and Vet. Med./ An-Najah National university.

The meeting will be hosting Eng. Mousa Halaika; the head on nutrition department and Ms Lina Bahar; the head of micronutrient surveillance department.

The meeting will focus on:

• The role of Nutrition department in the MOH
• Main challenges facing the nutritional status in Palestine especially for children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women.
• Policies and regulations regarding food supplements
• Estimation and evaluation of micronutrients in the Palestinian population
