In coordination with the Chairman of Safa Municipal Council, Yousif Karajeh, and the coordinator of the ‘Separation Wall’ Public Campaign in Tulkarem, Fayez Taneeb, a delegation of the French County of Sergei, Mr.Mousa Diara, The Mayor of Sergei, Dr. Gerald Lebsik, Director of Development in the County, and Mrs. Osteen Steer, President of The French/ Palestinian Friendship Association, paid a visit to the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences in the Khadouri Campus.

Dr. Suleiman Al-Khaleel, Dean of the Faculty, Dr.Hiba Fares, Head of the Plant Production Department, and a number of the Faculty members received the delegation. The attendees discussed research and academia cooperation and students’ exchange, and agreed upon mutual cooperation with the University.

At the end of the visit, the delegation visited the Faculty plantations, and expressed their admiration of the University scientific and academic advancement.
