The Department seeks to deliver high quality education in Plant Production & Protection and to provide the local society with qualified and trained specialists in this field.
Mission
We are committed to undergraduate education through continuous curriculum assessment and improvement and by recruiting qualified Faculty members and Technicians. We are also committed to graduate teaching and research through the MS program offered by the Department via the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The Department seeks to become internationally recognized as one of the leading Departments in the Region.
