The department , in particular , aims to be a pioneer and leader in the topics of nutrition and food technology on regional and international levels.


To fulfil the local and regional market needs of qualified graduates in nutrition and food technology .Also , we aim to perticipate actively , in linking the agricultural outcomes with healthy and industrial processing of food , taking into account the importance of these sectors in the development of agriculture and the achievement of food security.
